A 2% Internet Service Fee will be charged on all online purchases. A loader will be available free of charge for 2 days following the auction. After 2 days, the buyer is responsible for arranging his or her own loader for loading any equipment. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against DeWitt Auction Co. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. DeWitt Auction Co. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins.
