Everything sells “As is, Where is”. All items must be Paid in Full by end of business day. Bidding is per pallet, not per lot. See lot details for number of pallets available to bid on. PAYMENTS Cash, Personal or Business Check, Credit Card (+3.5% fee), Cashier's Check, Wire Transfer, Money Order. Personal Checks must be accompanied by current “Bank Letter Guarantee” and made payable to Bryan Auction Co. A 3.5% fee will apply to all credit card payments. Payment is due on the day of the sale. BUYER'S PREMIUM Buyer's Premium: 17% SALES TAX (& EXEMPTIONS) Sales Tax will be charged based on the location of equipment. Texas: 8.25% for attachments and 8.25% + 1.5% (Texas Emissions Reduction Plan/TERP tax) for equipment Iowa: 7% for attachments & 5% for equipment Buyers with a VALID tax exemption certificate are not required to pay sales tax for equipment and miscellaneous items but MUST present a copy of their certificate at time of registration at EACH SALE. PICK UP LOCATION ----> RIO VISTA, TX **A receipt indicating “PAID IN FULL” must be present before an item is released. Vehicle Titles will be sent via mail within 14 days after payment is received from the buyer.
