All items must be removed from the property at the by the dates and times listed below. Traditions Auction does not provide any storage. Any item(s) not picked up during the dates/times below will be considered abandoned. Friday February 18, 2022 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday February 19, 2022 8:00am - 2:00pm Sunday February 20, 2022 8:00am - 12:00pm FURNITURE: All measurements have been rounded up to the next inch for shipping purposes. Please be prepared to load your purchases. Traditions Auction will not provide loading assistance. All furniture has been in storage. Traditions Auction attempts to describe verbally and/or through pictures any damage, however it is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all furniture prior to bidding. RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT: Traditions Auction did not plug in or test any restaurant equipment. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition, age, and working order of all equipment. It is also the responsibility of the buyer to disconnect any plumbing, gas lines, and/or electrical. VEHICLES: Traditions Auction does not guarantee titles for any vehicles. Each lot has title information regarding that specific vehicle in the description. Please read each description. Some titles may be salvage. If a vehicle has a title or title information a $20 document fee will be charged per vehicle. Vehicles titles will be filled out according to the name and address on file with Traditions Auction Co and/or proxibid.com. All titles will be mailed to buyers. All vehicles are listed and represented as non running. If you have any questions regarding vehicles please call before you bid. TAC assumes NO responsibility for theft, fire, loss of equipment left in vehicle, or damage to property left at the auction site. TAC does not provide or carry insurance for any vehicles. The Seller/Auction shall not be liable for any vehicle sale or repairs made by the Buyer before the title is received by the Buyer. Buyer acknowledges bidding is a legal binding contract between TAC and buyer. Buyers are responsible for following current bid and price auctioneer is offering and any announcements. 10% buyers premium. TAC accepts cash, cashier's checks, and credit cards. (Credit cards carry an additional 4% convenience fee.) Please be aware that if YOU BID, YOU BUY, YOU PAY. If you do not intend on paying for an item, please, DO NOT BID. TAC will pursue collections of unpaid transactions through any and all legal means necessary. This includes banning any party from future auctions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
