Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. Titles Titles will not be made available to the purchaser on the day of the sale. The title will be mailed to the purchaser within 30 business days after the settlement. There are no titles available for items that are marked 'No Title' or 'NT'. After equipment is purchased on the auction, it is the buyers responsibility to pick up the items purchased within 30 days after the auction day. Items 8%, Construction 5% Bidding In the event of a tie bid, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bidding between those two bidders. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in best interest to the client of his seller. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller.
