All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding. - Accepted payments are Credit Cards ONLY. Your Credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged automatically after the auction. 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales. - Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances. - Items must be removed from the auction site during the scheduled removal time. Any items left at the auction site after that time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given. Pickup date for this auction is Wed. Feb. 23, 2022 from 10 AM until 1 PM. This is the ONLY pickup time. Buyer is responsible for removal and loading of items purchased. - Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event.
