All items are subject to Kentucky state sales tax, unless Farm Exempt is proved or a ReSale Number provided. We will assist in loading all items; however, disassembly of equipment for shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. TAC is not responsible for any damages while loading or unloading equipment.
