Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Witcher Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Witcher Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. All purchases must be removed by Friday, April 1, 2022. After this date, a $25.00 per day storage fee will be assessed. Items not removed within 60 days will be declared abandoned, become the property of Witcher Auctions, and no refund will be given to buyer.
