All property is sold "AS IS", and all sales are final. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Bachmann Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in no representations. In no event shall Bachmann Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. No property is to be removed from premises until paid for. All guarantees are between buyer and seller. All statements made by the auctioneer the day of sale shall take precedence over any printed or oral statements.
A $35 document fee on all titled items will apply and a $15 document fee for any items with registration or lifetime license.
All items must be removed by Friday April 29th. Checkout/pickup days are Thursday April 28th and Friday April 29th from 11am to 3PM on both days.
Once the auction is over the auction company will add any appropriate fees to buyer's invoices and send a new invoice with actual totals.
Titled items:
All items with titles will be charged a $35 document fee and all items with life time license or registration will be charged $15. This is per item and no exceptions. If you purchase an item with a title and pay with check, the title will be transferred 10 days after the auction or placed in the mail on the 10th business day after the auction to out of state buyers. Transfers can take place quicker if buyer pays with cash or credit card. If you purchase an item with a title delay make sure to check on the delay time prior to bidding.
