For loading convenience - forklift loading will be available - loading will be available Tuesday, May 24 - Wednesday, May 25 From 9AM Until Noon otherwise by appointment only. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY JUNE 1st!! John O'Brien 920-960-0685 Buyer responsible to know what they are buying and how it will be handled to load. Very large items will need special loading at buyer's expense.

Inspection: The property is available for public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other attributes of the property.
