1. Payment in full within 48 hours of the sale ending. An invoice with your total will be emailed to you within a couple hours of the auction ending. If you don't receive your invoice check your spam folder as the email will originate from scott.e@auctionsasap.com. 2. Payments accepted will be cash, wire transfer, Zelle (at 1% Fee), bank certified check or local check with proper ID, credit cards will be accepted at 3%fee and a limit of $2500 per transaction. 3. Some items are regulated by the FDA and the state which will require proof of licensure. Do not bid on regulated items you can not legally own. Check with the FDA's website to find more information on any requirements. 4. All items sold "as is" where is with all faults and imperfections, no guarantees written express or implied. Make your own value determinations given any auction constraints. No refunds, exchanges or credit will be issued. 5. Any items not picked up within the pickup window will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the Seller or Auctioneer as they see fit. 6. Bring your own labor and be prepared to load your own purchases. Auction staff will not provide manual labor. Any damage incurred to the building or other equipment by the buyer is the responsibility of the buyer and the buyer will need to make good immediately. 7. Auction company is not responsible for theft so be sure to watch over your items. We recommend that you remove all smalls and valuables within 24 hours of the auction ending. 8. As a requirement of registering to bid, you agree to pay in full prior to the items being removed from the premises. No items will be released until payment in full is received. The Seller nor Auctioneer is extending credit to anyone for anything purchased. 9. Everything must be removed in a professional workmanship like manner. If you don't have the expertise it is required you hire those that have to assist you. 10. Should you have questions direct them to the auctioneer. 11. As a condition of registering to bid you agree to allow the auctioneer to contact you. The auctioneer will reach out from time to time to verify accounts. It is important that you have entered good contact information. If the auctioneer suspects there to be issues with your registration or bidding he reserves the right to freeze your bids or cancel them altogether. 12. Its recommended that you use a desktop computer with stable internet access to bid on this auction. Cellphones can be used however its difficult to blow up the images of the lots and connectivity can be unreliable. Auctioneer or seller does not guaranty the software of the platform or your internet connectivity when bidding at this auction and will not be held liable for missed bids.
