The Buyer acknowledges by his or her participation in this auction, that he/she and the auction company hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and local courts of Maury County , Tennessee , United States of America for the purpose of any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of or based upon this Auction, and further agree not to commence any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of or based upon this Auction except in state and local courts of Maury County , Tennessee, United States of America. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.
