BUYERS PREMIUM - A fifteen (15%) buyer's fee will be added to each successful bid. If you are having items shipped out of state, you do not pay 6% PA sales tax. All in-state bidders will be charged a 6% sales tax fee unless a tax exemption certificate has been completed and signed prior to the close of auction. 2. All items come with a 30-day return policy for authenticity. Sellers remorse does not constitute a reason for return. After this time, funds will be released to the consignor and returns will not be accepted. 3. RESPONSIBILITY OF BIDDERS: Be sure to ask questions BEFORE bidding. Disputes under this contract - Buyers & Marburg Auctions agree to mediate any dispute or claim arising between them resulting from the buyer participating in the auction or any resulting transaction. Announcements: Announcements may be made on the day of sale to clarify catalog descriptions or other information specific to a lot or individual property/merchandise item. Addition or Deletion From Sale: Marburg Auctions reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed, to sell at this auction items not listed to group, subdivide lots or re catalog items. 7.
