All items must be removed from the property at the by the dates and times listed below. Traditions Auction does not provide any storage. Any item(s) not picked up during the dates/times below will be considered abandoned, and become property of Traditions Auction Company. Everything was in working order at the time of his death to the best of the families knowledge. However, Traditions Auction did not plug in or test any equipment. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition, age, and working order of all equipment. It is also the responsibility of the buyer to disconnect any plumbing, gas lines, and/or electrical. VEHICLES: All vehicles are sold AS-IS. TAC does not guarantee any mechanical conditions. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the vehicle. If a vehicle has a title or title information a $20 document fee will be charged per vehicle. Vehicles titles will be filled out according to the name and address on file with Traditions Auction Co and/or proxibid.com. All titles will be mailed to buyers. TAC assumes NO responsibility for theft, fire, loss of equipment left in vehicle, or damage to property left at the auction site. TAC does not provide or carry insurance for any vehicles. AC does not guarantee factory or dealer warranties. The Seller/Auction shall not be liable for any vehicle sale or repairs made by the Buyer before the title is received by the Buyer. Buyer acknowledges bidding is a legal binding contract between TAC and buyer. Buyers are responsible for following current bid and price auctioneer is offering and any announcements. 10% buyers premium. TAC accepts cash, cashier's checks, and credit cards. (Credit cards carry an additional 4% convenience fee.) Please be aware that if YOU BID, YOU BUY, YOU PAY. If you do not intend on paying for an item, please, DO NOT BID. TAC will pursue collections of unpaid transactions through any and all legal means necessary. This includes banning any party from future auctions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
