This is an online only auction. Payment terms are Cash, Check, Credit Card For In-Person Transactions. For All Shipping Items Credit Card Will Be Charged That Is On File With Proxibid. All Items Sell AS-IS, 10% Buyers Premium On All Items. There Is A 5% Handling Fee On All Credit/Debt Card. All items that need to be shipped will be paid for with a credit card only, as we do not want to delay this process waiting for payment. Please review pick up dates before bidding, all items must be removed on pick up date. Auction Location: 820 Red Wing Ave., Kenyon, MN 55946 Preview Date: Wednesday June 1st, 2022 from 12:00noon to 5:00pm Pick Up & Payment Date: Friday June 3rd from 9:00am to 5:00pm We will only offer shipping on small lot items, (no furniture) no shipping on items that do not fit into boxes, no custom box making. There is a $7.00 per shipping box fee on all items being shipped plus shipping cost. Shipping costs and shipping arrangements are the buyer's sole responsibility. All items need to be removed the day of auction. Our preferred shipper is FedEx. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING COST ONCE AMOUNT IS CALCULATED. We place insurance and signature conformation on all packages, to ensure that you receive your items safely. Additional fee of $7.00 per shipping box will also be added to cover shipping cost.
