Walnut Creek Auction Company may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Walnut Creek Auction Company be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value; however, nonsensical bids will be ignored as opening bids are always $1. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Walnut Creek Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. While a credit card is required to register, Walnut Creek Auction accepts only personal or company checks, money orders and cashier's checks, made payable to Walnut Creek Auction Company. Successful bidders will receive an e-mail invoice containing the final bid, a 5% buyer's premium, a small shipping fee and a small fee for shipping insurance to the level of purchase value. Upon receipt of a check from successful bidder, merchandise will be shipped and buyers will be notified of shipment date. Illinois requires no sales tax on merchandise sold by Walnut Creek Auction for resale. You keep it simple and honest and we'll provide great customer service.
