Item Details
This cycle is more than restored - it is remanufactured. All wearing parts such as pistons, transmission gears, seals, bearings, all engine shafts and races, valves, guides, etc. are new. It has been redone by Starklite Cycle, probably the oldest continuous operating Indian dealership in the country. It has been a family owned dealership since 1918 and has been run by Bob and Gary Stark since 1956. Purchase of this cycle is like buying it new in 1936. The rigid frame Indian models have been becoming more rare than the sprung frame models. This cycle is an excellent rider.
Payment
All methods of payment require a $500 approval held on your credit card at time of bidder registration. If you successfully purchase a vehicle, the $500 will be used toward the 20% deposit (minimum $2000) on your purchase. All buyer payments must be made with good funds which are defined as cash, bank wire transfers, cashier checks, traveler’s checks, and personal company checks backed by a bank letter of guarantee (contact auction house for requirements). This currently dated letter must be presented and will be attached to our copy of your bidder registration form. A 10% buyer’s fee (minimum $125) will be charged at time of settlement, for each lot purchased through internet bidding. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted forms of payment with a 3% convenience charge. Bank Title Drafts are not acceptable. Arrangements can be made to leave a 20% nonrefundable cash/credit card deposit (minimum $2000) for each vehicle purchased with the balance due in the full before buyer takes possession. If the vehicle is sold on a 'Bill of Sale Only' buyer accepts all responsibility and costs in obtaining a title and/or registration in their particular state and country. If you do not contact MidAmerica at the auction site with this information, shipping and/or storage will be arranged for you at your expense. ***To become a bidder there is a $500 deposit needed. The card used initially will be charged before the auction for $500. If you do NOT want to make this deposit call 651-633-9655 & tell the operator to decline your auction registration to avoid this being processed. NO ATM/DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED.***
