IMPORTANT NOTE: We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you have questions about the merchandise the time to ask questions is well in advance of the live auction. No returns are allowed. By registering for the auction you agree to the above auction company's Terms and Conditions. All purchases must be paid for on auction day unless doing an absentee bid. There is a 15 percent buyer’s premium added to all successful bids. Method of payment: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder. In the event of a "tie bid" the auctioneer may reopen the bidding process between those ties bidders only to determine the highest bidder for that lot.
Merchandise should be removed from auction premises no later than seven days after an auction is complete to avoid a storage charge of $2 per lot, per day.
