Everything was in working order at the time of his death to the best of the families knowledge. However, Traditions Auction did not plug in or test any equipment. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition, age, and working order of all equipment. It is also the responsibility of the buyer to disconnect any plumbing, gas lines, and/or electrical. VEHICLES: All vehicles are sold AS-IS. TAC does not guarantee any mechanical conditions. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the vehicle. If a vehicle has a title or title information a $20 document fee will be charged per vehicle. Vehicles titles will be filled out according to the name and address on file with Traditions Auction Co and/or proxibid.com. All titles will be mailed to buyers. Buyer acknowledges bidding is a legal binding contract between TAC and buyer. Buyers are responsible for following current bid and price auctioneer is offering and any announcements. 10% buyers premium. TAC accepts cash, cashier's checks, and credit cards.
