Item Details
Nice 24' stainless steel hood system with ansul fire supression system. Currently in service and in working condition. Removal is the responsibilty of the buyer.
Payment
Payment must be made within 24 hours of the closing of the auction. Winning bidders will be sent an invoice about two hours after the auction is completed, if you don't receive it check your spam folder. If paying with a credit card there will be a 3% fee applied to the sale price with a limit of $2500, also note we reserve the right to refuse credit cards for any reason. To avoid any credit card fee you can pay in cash, certified check from a major bank or a bank to bank wire transfer. Cash is always accepted. An email will be sent following the auction with all the payment options.

Terms Of Sale
1. By registering for this auction, you agree to the terms and conditions.
2. Everything must be paid in full prior to any removal, no exceptions.
3. All items are sold ?as is? & ?where is? without any guarantees written, expressed or implied.
4. Know what you are bidding on and do your research prior to placing a bid. You are responsible to make your own value determination given all auction constraints.
5. Removal will happen the following three days after the auction closes from 9:00am to 5:00pm unless special arrangement have been made in advance.
6. The buyer is responsible for their own removal including any loading and transporting of their items. Bring plenty of help and the necessary tools to aid in removal.
7. All items must be removed in a professional workmanship like manner. If you don?t have the expertise to remove your items, then contract professionals. Any items not picked up or special arrangements made in advance, then those items will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the auction company or the owner of the property at your expense. Remember wire nuts, electrical tape, and any other item required to properly disconnect equipment is your responsibility to provide.
8. Failing to remove items professionally will result in you being escorted off the property until such time that you demonstrate you are able to comply with the removal terms. Being escorted off the premises will not extend the time you have to remove your items. Be professional.
9. For those larger items we may require proof of at least 1,000,000 worth of General Liability Insurance. We will request that you have your agent include us on the policy for this removal. If there is a question, please contact the auctioneer.
10. If you didn?t buy it don?t touch it! If there is a question on what is included with your item, you need to ask the auctioneer prior to placing your bid. Auctioneer or property owner reserves the right to define what is included or not included with your item if a dispute arises.
