For loading convenience - skidloader loading will be available - loading will be available Monday, August 15 through Wednesday, August 17 From 9AM Until Noon otherwise by appointment only. After Wednesday, skidloader loading will no longer be available. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY August 31st!! John O'Brien 920-960-0685. Buyer responsible to know what they are buying and how it will be handled to load. Very large items will need special loading at buyer's expense. PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH ITEM TO DETERMINE IF IT IS TO YOUR PREFERENCE. Inspection: The property is available for public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other attributes of the property. O'Brien Auctioneers LLC, may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction, but makes no representation. In no event shall O'Brien Auctioneers LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any assurance of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC shall not be responsible for any errors and omissions in the description of the items. Bidder agrees that everything is sold in "as is" condition and that they may not return items they purchased. O'Brien Auctioneers LLC is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidders. Bidders acknowledge and understand that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall a bidder have any claim against O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to operate correctly before or during the live auction. O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the proxibid bidding feature allowing them to leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. O'Brien Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in any auction. IF YOU PAY VIA CREDIT CARD and for any reason reverse the charges on that card after winning an item, you will be charged $500 in liquidated damages for the anticipated cost to O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC for handling a reversed charge. IF YOU FAIL to remove your items within 3 days and make no CONCRETE arrangements with the auction company, you will be charged $30 per item/day for storage.
