This is an online only auction. Payment terms are Cash, Check, Credit Card. All Items Sell AS-IS, 10% Buyers Premium On All Items. There Is A 5% Handling Fee On All Credit/Debt Card. All items that need to be shipped will be paid for with a credit card only, as we do not want to delay this process waiting for payment. Please review pick up dates before bidding, all items must be removed on pick up date. Auction Location: 154 Hwy 246 Blvd, Nerstrand, MN 55053 Inspection Dates: Friday August 5 and Saturday August 6 from 9am-5pm Payment & Pick Up Date; Monday August 8, From 8:30am to 6:00pm Loading Available Only August 8th from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Contact Auction Company for Other Pick Up Arrangements We will only offer shipping on small lot items, no shipping on items that do not fit into boxes, no custom box making. There is a $7.00 per shipping box fee on all items being shipped plus shipping cost. Shipping costs and shipping arrangements are the buyer's sole responsibility. All items need to be removed the day of auction. Our preferred shipper is FedEx. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING COST ONCE AMOUNT IS CALCULATED. We place insurance and signature conformation on all packages, to ensure that you receive your items safely. Additional fee of $7.00 per shipping box will also be added to cover shipping cost. If items are large or 'hard to ship' we may take them to a location for them to professionally packaged. Please call with any questions. Like always Maring Auction Co.
