Picking up the bottles, purchased at auction are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Bottles and physical art prints will be available for pickup at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, KY from January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023. Auction winners will also receive a VIP tour and tasting at Buffalo Trace Distillery. Entry and eligibility restrictions apply. Menish Productions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Menish Productions is providing Internet online bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Menish Productions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Bill Menish Auctioneers Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Menish Productions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Updated Info: The closing of this auction will begin at 7 pm on September 22nd but the closing of each bottle will stagger by 1 minute.
