This auction is an Estate Sale therefore no Tennessee sales tax will apply. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS-IS and that they may not return any item they purchase. Pick-up is available on Thursday, September 22. 2022 from 10:00am – 1:00pm (central) and Friday September 23, 2022 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm (central) ONLY. All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 5.00/day storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchase not picked up by 3:00pm on Monday, September 26 , 2022 will be forfeited, resold and NO REFUND will be awarded. For pick-up, buyer will need to bring a copy of their paid receipt and all packing materials, tie-downs, and labor. Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. cannot provide moving or loading labor.
