Terms Of Sale
There will be a 15% buyers premium and a 5% Credit Card fee. Bidding increments will be the auctioneer's discretion. All purchases or multiple purchases under $2,000.00 will be paid for by credit card, cards will be charged immediately following the sale, Auction Company will be calling customer for settlement. All purchases over $2,000.00 will be paid for by wire transfer, at a cost of $25 to customer, on the next business day. If buyers are picking up on Saturday or Sunday, option to pay cash or check will apply. No exceptions. If you cannot meet these terms, do not bid. Once the item is sold it is solely your responsibility for payment and pickup. All items must be removed Saturday or Sunday, Sept. 17-18 unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company, look at check out dates and times for details. All items will be sold in AS-IS condition and all items and statements are believed to be true but the auction company is not responsible for wrong information. Buyer is to conduct their own due diligence.
