To be exempt from sales tax, the "Bidder" must present a sales tax exemption number and locally required documents acceptable to the state in which the items are located. To qualify for any available exemption, the Bidder must sign any form required by Randy L. Fridkis Auctions, LLC. Out of State purchasers will not be responsible for sales tax, as long as your trucker provides a straight bill of lading showing shipment out of state via common carrier.
ADDITION TO OR WITHDRAWAL FROM SALE. Randy L.
