Local Pick Up: IF YOU INTEND TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS REMOVAL IS AS FOLLOWS Tuesday, November 15th from 10am - 2pm ONLY!! Location: 536 NE 107th Rd, Oxford FL 34484. The house is down a long dirt road. Follow road till the end and home is on the Right. Do not disturb neighbors. Pickup for these items will be at that location on pickup day. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICKUP ON PICKUP DAY. If you cannot come during scheduled pickup time, you must notify the Auction house before auction ends to make an appointment. Unless prior arrangements are made, any items not picked up will be disposed of after one week.

Shipping Instructions: ATTENTION ALL SHIPPING BUYERS – Villages Pack & Ship will be picking up ALL out of state/area bidders items by Thursday, November 17th.
