All successful bidders are buying the assets "As Is / Where Is", all sales are final and it is the buyers' responsibility to remove their purchased items by 4PM Friday, Dec 9th, 2022. Bidders who choose not to attend auction preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.
