All successful bidders are buying the assets "As Is / Where Is", all sales are final and it is the buyers' responsibility to remove their purchased items by 4PM Friday, Dec 9th, 2022. Any items not removed by this deadline may be subject to storage charges. Auction Preview: Monday, Dec 5th 9AM to 4PM Tuesday, Dec 6th 9AM to 11AM As-Is, Where-Is. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. AJ Willner Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall AJ Willner Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who choose not to attend auction preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.
