3) We often sell from remote locations. If you won't be able to make pick-up day and don't want your items shipped, please call before you bid to discuss fees for transportation/storage/alternate pick-up arrangements.

5) Laws and regulations vary widely by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and following yours.
6) Lastly, the paragraph that most all of our buyers need not be concerned with: We reserve the right to charge for chasing bad funds, re-shipping to changed addresses, transporting and storing items, delaying shipments, expediting shipments, disassembling items, accommodating special and sometimes odd requests, etc. Bidder forfeits the right to instigate credit card charge-backs and will contact Bennett Auction Service directly with any concerns. Bennett Auction Service will refund Bidder directly for all legitimate claims. FFL's may be emailed to adam@bennettauctionservice.com
TRANSFER OF FIREARMS: Purchasing a firearm from our licensed premises is just like buying it from any other retail outlet. We do background checks and call-ins or ship to your designated FFL for transfer.
COSTS OF FIREARMS TRANSFER: Buyer pays the WI Handgun Hotline fee of $10, plus a $20 fee for the multiple handgun paperwork, if applicable.
BUYERS WHO CANNOT TAKE POSSESSION OF A PURCHASED FIREARM: Firearms are paid for before your background check. If you don't pass, you still own the firearm but cannot possess it. In this case you may direct us to transfer your purchase to another FFL who will sell it for you or you may discuss having us sell it for you. If you abandon a firearm, we necessarily reserve the right to
OTHER RESTRICTED/REGULATED ITEMS: You are solely responsible for knowing what you can or cannot legally own. Laws vary by region, state and municipality. Don't bid on stuff that you cannot legally own.
FOR PICK-UPS: You may pay by cash or check on pick-up day, or text/call 715-657-0078 the morning after the auction closes to have your credit card charged. Invoices totaling over $2,500 must be paid by check. If your shipping address is less than 60 miles from the sale site we will assume you're picking up unless you call the morning after the sale closes and tell us to ship your order.

Your total shipping cost is the sum of the actual carrier's rate (we don't mark up shipping cost) plus any packing materials and $0.50 per minute labor. Awkward, large, heavy, or fragile items may get pricey, so take this in to consideration. If you have concerns about the shipping cost of a particular lot, please contact us or an independent shipper before you bid.
We will purchase insurance on your behalf upon request. For large orders or if other circumstances dictate, we may charge a deposit before hauling and/or packing and then refund or charge the balance.
