We are a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer. All firearm laws will apply— NE residents—to purchase a handgun a Nebraska Concealed Carry Permit or Nebraska Firearm Purchase Certificate is required--A form 4473 with valid background check will need to be completed for all firearms purchased--NO EXCEPTIONS—Out of state buyers must pass a NICS background check in order to pick up a long gun from our auction center—Handguns purchased by out of state buyers must be shipped to a FFL in their residing state—You are liable for full payment of your purchase—if you are unable to pass the NICS check, the firearm can be resold at our next auction minus commissions—Please know your local laws before placing your bids Out of state buyers—Firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL. Actual shipping charges, box, packaging, and handling fees will be added to your total. No international shipping—A valid FFL for shipping must be submitted within 7 days of the auction. These can be sent to creamerauction@gmail.com Ammo –Special Terms and Conditions for this auction. There will be NO SHIPPING of ammo or magazines to any states with ammo or magazine restrictions. NO SHIPPING of Ammo to AK, CA, CT, HI, IL, MA, NJ, NY, or Washington DC. Magazines will not be shipped to those states as well as CO, MD, VT, and any other places where prohibited. Please know your state laws in regards to ammo and magazines prior to bidding on any ammo or magazines. Shipped VIA – UPS -- $ 6.00 Handling Charge plus actual Shipping Charges will apply. We cannot ship ammunition and a firearm in the same box. They will be shipped in separate boxes. NE Sales Tax will apply on all invoices unless you have a valid tax number for resale and fill out a Form 13.
