All firearm laws will apply— NE residents—to purchase a handgun a Nebraska Concealed Carry Permit or Nebraska Firearm Purchase Certificate is required--A form 4473 will need to be completed for all firearms purchased—Out of state buyers must pass a NICS background check in order to pick up a long gun from our auction center—Handguns purchased by out of state buyers must be shipped to a FFL in their residing state—You are liable for full payment of your purchase—if you are unable to pass the NICS check, the firearm can be resold at our next auction minus commissions—Please know your local laws before placing your bids Out of state buyers—Firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL. Actual shipping charges, box, packaging, and handling fees will be added to your total. No international shipping—A valid FFL for shipping must be submitted within 7 days of the auction.
