Payment
Payment to be made by: Cash within five business days of auction end; Good Check, with valid proof of funds, or Cashier’s Check mailed two day or overnight by USPS, UPS, Fed Ex or other tracked service after invoice, within two business days of auction end; or Wire Transfer within five business days of auction end. Credit card fee of 4% will apply to amounts paid by credit card. Credit cards may be used for purchases less than $3,000 unless approved by auction company prior to payment / bidding. All credit cards will be charged Monday, January 16th in the afternoon, so be sure you have a credit card on file with a large enough limit for your purchases. Any purchases made by Check or Cashier’s check may not be removed from premises until funds verified clear by bank.
Payment: All accepted high bids are final sales. You are responsible for paying for your purchases within THREE (3) days of the auction. You agree to reimburse O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC its costs of collecting any amount owed you do not pay, including chargebacks, including reimbursing O'Brien Auctioneers for its actual attorney fees incurred in attempting to collect any unpaid amount. You consent to jurisdiction in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court for resolution of any dispute between you and O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC related to this Auction.
Wisconsin Sales Tax Laws apply to all purchases. Outagamie County Sales Tax is 5.5%. Valid Wisconsin Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate, form S-211, required to apply sales tax exemption.
