(18” deep) (WILL NOT SHIP OR TRANSPORT - ATTENTION — This item HAS to be picked up between 11 & 2:00 pm on our designated pick up day in our terms or it is forfeited & PAID FOR by you. Then you will be blocked. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! You are the bidder, we have no control over that & we should not be at a loss because YOU can’t pick it up. Any declined cards, we will open a case against you which will decline you to bid ANYWHERE on Proxibid. This is not to reprimand those of you who follow the rules, it's to keep out the ones who don't. We appreciate our customers & have to protect our business from fraudulent purchases.)

WE ARE ATTEMPTING TO PHASE OUT CHARGING CARDS ON FILE. If you have a Pay Now button on your invoice please click on it to pay. If there is no button we can either take cash,card, venmo, cash app or charge your card on file. To pay via atgPay you need to go to your invoice & click on "Pay Now". You only have to set it up once, it is very easy. Pick up is Wednesday, January 4th from 11-2pm located at 310 Crandon Drive, Greenville, SC 29615. Please pay before picking up. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 11AM, OUR STAFF DOES NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 11:00. ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE REMOVED BY 2PM NO EXCEPTIONS. Large items & cabinet lots need to be picked up. If you purchased a cabinet lot, please bring boxes. If you purchased closet lots & shelf lots please arrive early enough to have all items removed by 2pm & bring boxes. Call with any questions 864-494-1965. We accept Cash & atgPay ONLY. A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. All invoices with be charged appropriate sales tax according to your location. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases & amount due, amount will NOT include your shipping costs. We use The UPS Store in Taylors, SC as our shipping company (864) 268-6068. Any invoice not picked up will be subject to a $10-$25 transport fee depending on size of order.
