Mississippi Sales Tax: MS Sales Tax (7%) will be charged on all purchases unless you present one of the following documents, Resale Certificate, or MS Farmer need new Commercial Farm Permit to apply for reduced tax. If you purchase an ATV/3 Wheeler/Side by Side/Motorcycle/UTV/RTV, etc. you will be required to pay the $50 Mississippi State Trauma Fee for each one purchased. Dealers with a resale certificate buying for resale are exempt from this fee. Each titled lot will be accessed a $25 title fee.
