Crenshaw Auction LLC will send you an invoice with wire instructions. We ONLY accept credit cards (3.5% fee) and checks in person. Checks must come with a letter of credit from your bank. These payments must be received within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. Please provide the correct email/phone number at registration. Mississippi Sales Tax: MS Sales Tax (7%) will be charged on all purchases unless you present one of the following documents, Resale Certificate, or MS Farmer need new Commercial Farm Permit to apply for reduced tax. (PDF is on our website: CrenshawAuctionLLC.com) Sales tax will NOT be charged on titled items/lots purchased.  Buyer will be responsible for paying sales tax when item is tagged in your home state. If you are a farmer or a dealer, please contact DJ Crenshaw at CrenshawTractor93@yahoo.com right after purchasing to help speed up the invoicing process. If you purchase an ATV/3 Wheeler/Side by Side/Motorcycle/UTV/RTV, etc. you will be required to pay the $50 Mississippi State Trauma Fee for each one purchased. Dealers with a resale certificate buying for resale are exempt from this fee. Each titled lot will be accessed a $25 title fee.
