Current Bank Letter of Guarantee is required for approval. Please fax letter to 402-933-5284. If unable to obtain letter, a $10,000 deposit is required. Deposit will need to made via wire transfer. Buyers Fee: The buyer's fee is 10% on the 1st $5000 of each lot, then 3% on the remaining balance of each lot. There is an additional taxable 2.5% fee assessed on all internet purchases. This internet fee is capped at $750 per lot. Terms: All purchases are to be paid for in American funds on sale day by cash or cashiers check. Personal/Company check must be accompanied with a current bank letter of guarantee made to Deanco Auction guaranteeing payment to Deanco Auction. NO EXCEPTIONS !! Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Deanco Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Deanco Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
