All on-site buyers must pay for all purchases in full day of sale. All internet or online buyers must pay invoices in full within 24 hours of the sale closing. Items not removed will be deemed forfeited and resold at buyers' expense, or subject to storage or disposal fees. Absentee and internet bidding will be accepted online. Sales tax will be collected on each item in this sale unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is presented upon buyer check-in. No Buyer's premium for on -site buyers. Buyers premium for online or internet buyers is tiered per lot hammer price as follows: Less than $20,000 - 10% $20,000 to 49,999 8% $50,000 to 99,999 6% over $100,000 5% No items will be released until payment is received in full. Titles for items with titles will be held until payment in full has cleared. All sales are final, no refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges.
