ALL Buyers are responsible to bring their own help(Labor) to assist with pickup and loading, as well as their own packing supplies(Box and wrapping paper, packing pads). The Auction Company does not provide manpower for pickup or loading. Shipping Instructions: A Maximum HANDLING FEE is charged IN ADDITION TO the shipping cost. $8.00/Small Padded Envelope via USPS Priority $12.00/Flat Rate Box via USPS Priority $20.00/Our Box to U.S. addresses. $25.00/Any other size or large package to all US and international addresses. We AUTOMATICALLY ship to any Buyer whose address is more than a 2 hour drive to the auction location AND/OR for shippable items not picked up during stated pickup time, or for auctions conducted at our New Holland Auction House 7 days. We ship the cheapest way but the final decision is at our discretion, with safety of your items our foremost priority. (UPS & USPS). Every effort is made to have all items shipped within Fourteen (14) days. On rare occasions it may take longer (E.g. near holidays or if a particular auction has an unusually high amount of shipping). If a buyer does buy a larger item, the item, at the discretion of the in-house shipping manager, will be taken to a third-party shipper, UPS or FEDEX store, for packing and shipping. Patrick Morgan Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to charge a handling fee, not to exceed $25 per item and based on size, for delivery to the third-party shipper. The Packing and Shipping Fees are then between the BUYER and the third-party shipper. The BUYER assumes ALL risk of loss, upon delivery to the third-party shipper. Should BUYER reject the third-party shipper's packing and shipping charges, the Item/s will be considered abandoned, and ownership reverts to Auction Company and/or original Seller with NO REFUND to BUYER, at which time the Auction Co. and/or Seller may resell said item/s and retain ALL proceeds as liquidated damages and related costs of removal or disposal. We strive to satisfy all our buyer's shipping needs; however, we are an auction company, not a shipping company. Our in-house shipping manager tries very hard to find the cheapest and best way to get all purchases to our buyers safe and efficiently. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON ITEMS UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO PAY ENTIRE THE COST OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING. ANY and ALL unclaimed and/or un-shippable items remaining more than two weeks after close of auction will be considered ABANDONED. If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds.
