The auction will send you an invoice within 1 hour of the completion of the auction.

Our office will be closed Saturday & Sunday February 25th & 26th.
Please contact the auction to make payment - VISA/MASTERCARD is ACCEPTED UP TO $5000.00.
Payments greater than $5000.00 must be made by Wire Transfer, Certified Check or Cash.
Payment by Company Check would have to be sent Express Mail Overnight and be accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee.

All lots are SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIES WHATSOEVER. This auction catalog is being provided as a guide only. Although we make every attempt to list all items as accurately as possible, we do not guarantee any of the information listed.
All purchases must be paid for no later than the end of business Monday, February 27th 2023.

All items SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
Items become the sole responsibility of the bidder once the auctioneer announces “SOLD”.
Items must be removed from the auction site no later than Friday March 3rd 2023 by 4:30pm. Unless other arrangements are made.

There is a $25.00 Administrative Fee on all Vehicles with titles.
***Items that are not removed by the assigned checkout date will be subject to a removal fee as well as a $15.00 a day storage charge.
Despite our efforts to avoid withdrawal of items from the auction after they have been advertised, it may become necessary to do so; therefore, the owner and/or auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw units at any time.
Seller and/or Auctioneer reserve the right to reject a Bidders registration application and/or bids for any reason in their sole discretion without prior contact to the Bidder.
Bidders who are not present for the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.
CIA shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.
CIA will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself.
Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
CIA is providing Internet pre-auction bidding as a service to Bidder.
Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction.
Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against CIA or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
CIA will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
CIA reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Internet bidders are responsible for all bids and lots won under their account. This includes but is not limited to-bids placed by your children playing on your phone, your cat running across your keyboard/mouse, being in the hospital and loopy off the medication while bidding, or any other reason.
