All Federal firearms laws will be complied with. Background checks will be conducted on ALL firearm purchases. Firearms must be paid for before we will conduct a background check. Any out of state firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL.

For Monthly Estate sales: Cash, approved check, Visa, M/C, Discover, or debit. 2% discount for cash, check or debit. 17% buyer's fee for on-line purchases.
Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer.
Items not removed within 7 days of conclusion of auction will be charged a $20.00 per day storage fee. A 35% reselling fee will be applied to purchases not paid in full by Thursday following auction.
Firearms transaction fees: hand guns $18.00; long guns $5.00
If bidder buys more than one firearm, there is only one transaction fee.

Our normal payment procedure is to collect payment for your purchase by charging the credit card with which you registered on Proxibid. If you wish to use a different payment method, contact us immediately after receiving your e-mail confirmation of your purchase. Your shipping costs will be a separate charge to your credit card by the shipper unless you make other payment arrangements with them. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between BELOIT AUCTION SERVICE and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Rock County, Wisconsin.
Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card.

Beloit Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
