Lots may be sold in a random order. All items sold 'As is where is' no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. Cash, Credit/debit cards, Wire transfers, Personal or business checks accepted with proper ID. Credit or Debit Card payments will be charged an additional 3% convenience fee. All on-site buyers must pay for all purchases in full day of sale. All internet or online buyers must pay invoices in full within 24 hours of the sale closing. All items must be removed from location within 14 days of the sale. Loading days are: Day of sale, and the day after the sale until 3:00. Other times by appointment only. Items not removed will be deemed forfeited and resold at buyers' expense, or subject to storage or disposal fees. Absentee and internet bidding will be accepted online. Sales tax will be collected on each item in this sale unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is presented upon buyer check-in. No Buyer's premium for on -site buyers. Buyers premium for online or internet buyers is tiered per lot hammer price as follows: Less than $20,000 - 10% $20,000 to 49,999 8% $50,000 to 99,999 6% over $100,000 5% No items will be released until payment is received in full. Titles for items with titles will be held until payment in full has cleared. All sales are final, no refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges. Buyers are encouraged to personally inspect each item before bidding on that item. By placing a bid, buyer indicates that they 1. Agree to all terms and conditions of the auction, and 2.
