Bidders who 'pre-bid' on items acknowledge that the auction catalog may be updated with more information as well as announcements made during the live auction that they are still responsible for. Bidders should call Witcher Auctions to verify the condition of any given item before placing pre-bids. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Witcher Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Witcher Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Witcher Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Witcher Auctions is NOT responsible for deterioration of any item left on our yard. Once an item is declared sold, it is the buyer's sole responsibility. Buyers agree that the venue for any litigation is strictly limited to Cross County, AR. ITEM REMOVAL: Loadout will be available onsite at our permanent yard Friday & Saturday, April 14-15, then Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. All purchases must be removed by Tuesday, May 13, 2023. After this date, a $25.00 per day storage fee will be assessed.
