If items are not paid for it is at the auction companies sole discretion to either sell to back up bidder or relist the items. If items are paid for and left after 2 weeks there will be a $100 per day storage charge plus any costs associated with moving or working around said items. The highest bidder for each lot shall be the purchaser, and in the event of any dispute the auctioneers shall have absolute discretion either to settle such disputes or to re-offer the lot for re-sale.
