Terms of sale All titles will be sent out two weeks after the date of the auction. inspection will be April 13th 9am-5pm 10% buyer's premium 3% credit card transactions fee No card transaction accepted over $2,500 Payment in full must be made WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE AUCTION in the form of Cash, Wire transfer, Cashier's check or a Company check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee. If items are not paid for it is at the auction companies sole discretion to either sell to back up bidder or relist the items. All purchases must be removed from the premises TWO (2) WEEKS AFTER THE AUCTION DATE. If items are paid for and left after 2 weeks there will be a $100 per day storage charge plus any costs associated with moving or working around said items. Bidders are to be personally liable for any bids made with their bidding number. The highest bidder for each lot shall be the purchaser, and in the event of any dispute the auctioneers shall have absolute discretion either to settle such disputes or to re-offer the lot for re-sale.
