We will check with the clerk and the auctioneer if you question this price. However, if they don't recall the item or a price difference, the price on the clerking sheet shall stand, and you are expected to pay for the item. A 15% buyer's premium will be added; if your invoice is under $2000, we will add 3% to your invoice and charge the card on file. Purchaser assumes responsibility for items at the time of purchase (i.e., when the auctioneer declares the item sold). Do not leave items unattended. When an item is sold, the buyer is responsible for it, including damage and theft. ITEMS LEFT ON THE LOT 10 DAYS AFTER SALE WILL BECOME PROPERTY OF AIRWORKS CONSIGNMENT AUCTION LTD AND WILL BE RESOLD OR DISPOSED OF AT THEIR DISCRETION – NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
