Item must be picked up within 7 days of final sale date, after the 7th day there will be a storage fee of $35 dollars per day up to 15 days, there after the 15th day, the item will be considered abandoned and will be resold to the highest bidder with no refunds to the previous buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any Equipment purchased at our auction leaving the state of Louisiana, must be accompanied by a Bill of Lading. The Bill of Lading must be an outside party otherwise taxes will be incurred. Items such as construction equipment, UTV/ATVs, and mowers (both lawn and rotary) are not Tax Exempt in the state of Louisiana.
