Pick-up Location is 1212 Cuyahoga St. Akron, OH 44313 (Summit MetroParks Valley View location). Checkout/Pick-up time for lot #s 126 through 194 is two days after the auction ends - Friday, June 2, 2023 from 10 AM until 2 PM. Pick-up Location is 5000 Hametown Rd. Norton, OH 44203 (Summit Metro Parks Silver Creek Location). These are the ONLY Pick-up times. DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO PAY FOR AND PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING THESE TIMES!
Payment Option(s): Cash, Certified/Cashier's Checks (made payable to Farnsworth Auctions LLC), Wire Transfers (invoices over $1,000 only), and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales. 5% Cash discount. No Sales Tax. Payment MUST be made during our scheduled checkout times. We will not charge your credit card on file with Proxibid, so bring payment with you to auction checkout. - All items are sold 'AS IS' with no guarantees or warranties. All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding.
- Accepted payment forms are: Cash, Wire Transfers, Certified/Cashier's checks, and Credit cards. Your credit card on file with Proxibid will NOT be charged automatically after the auction ends. Bring Payment when you come to pick up your items on checkout day. 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales. 5% cash discount.
- Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances.
- Items must be paid for and removed during the scheduled removal time. If a bidder does not make payment during the scheduled checkout time, then his/her credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged for the full purchase price, plus 10% Buyer's Premium. This charge is NON-REFUNDABLE! Any items left at the auction site after the scheduled checkout time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given.
