Payment Instructions: Full payment is due the day of the auction upon completion of the auction. Your Credit Card will be CHARGED at end of AUCTION UNLESS Arrangements are made prior to end of Auction The successful Bidder will enter into a contract and put down $2000.00 Earnest money at auction end. and close with in 45 days. All inspections need to be completed prior to the auction ending. The home is selling as is where is with no exceptions. There is a 10% Buyers Premium All items will be sold 'As Is'. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own information, judgment, and inspection of property and record. Any other terms or conditions will be announced the day of the auction and will take precedence over printed matter. Currency Type: USD All Credit Cards on file will be processed after conclusion of auction. All declined credit cards will incur an additional $ 25.00 processing fee.
