Only Type 01, 02, & 07 FFL licenses will be accepted. Type 03 C&R WILL BE ACCEPTED in certain circumstances. - The buyer is responsible for all fees charged by the ship-to FFL dealer. - ALL CA Ammo orders will be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. - Firearm restocking fee: Minimum $200 or 20% of the total bid price, whichever is greater. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. If the purchase amount is less than these costs, you will not receive a refund, as the funds paid will be forfeited to cover the costs associated with the cancellation of the sale and the shipping. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted. - Non firearm restocking fee: Minimum $25 or 20% of the total bid price, whichever is greater. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
