Electrical/ Plumbing Connections: All Equipment offered in this auction will be will be disconnected, as applicable, by the property owner’s electrician/ plumber, from any plumbing and/ or electrical connection prior to the conclusion of the auction. Removal: Buyer is solely responsible for any and all Disassembly, whether noted on the lot description or not, removal from the wall/ ceiling or other area as applicable following the sale. All merchandise must be removed within the allotted removal periods.
